Feedback and contact information
If you have trouble with the accessibility on this website, do not hesitate to contact Marta Czarnecka at biuro@goyki3.pl or call us at 58 691 56 82. You can also apply there for providing any unavailable information and request accessibility.
Anyone has the right to request that a website, a mobile application, or some element thereof be made accessible. You may also request that the information be made available through an alternative means of access (reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without audio description, etc.) The request should include the details of the person making the request, an indication which website or mobile application is being discussed, and contact options. If the person filing the request indicates they need to receive the information through an alternative means of access, they should also determine a convenient means of presenting the information.
A public entity shall comply with such requests immediately, i.e. within maximum 7 days from the request date. If it is not possible to meet the deadline, a public entity shall promptly inform the requesting party of the earliest possible date, with the final deadline of no more than 2 months from the request date. If digital accessibility cannot be provided, a public entity may suggest an alternative means of accessing the information. If a public entity refuses to comply with a request for accessibility or for an alternative way of accessing the information, the requesting party may file a complaint about the digital accessibility of such website, a mobile application or an element of the website or the mobile application. If the aforementioned procedure fails, an application may also be filed to the Commissioner for Human Rights (Polish ombudsman).
